Cyber Incident Update 02.02.23

Following the cyber attack on 10th January 2023, service remains delayed with Royal Mail.

Last week, they started accepting packages back into their network but please be aware that delivery may take longer than usual.

If your item remains delayed, please note that we are unable to make a claim for lost items until certain times have passed (depending on the location):

Europe SLA 3-5 days: claims can be made after 20 working days from expected delivery.

RoW SLA 5-7 working days: claims can be made after 25 working days from expected delivery.
